Nigerian education crisis and data deficit
Despite significant investment and policy changes over the years, a pervasive learning crisis continues to threaten Nigeria’s development. A staggering 73% of Nigerian children cannot read at their age level.
We believe the solution to this problem requires data and insight that are often elusive. Inaccessible or inadequate information and data hinder the efforts of everyone from policymakers to NGOs, preventing effective, data-driven solutions. We are working on fixing this problem by gathering, contextualising and disseminating data and insights on education.
